DOD:S SOVIET ADDON 1.5

Over a year ago was released a Soviet Soldier Pack for DoD:S, which was picked up by various people and then only left into the archives of the forums.

The Soviet Addon is a total replacement pack, and now instead of the U.S troops, people can experience the game from eyes of the Soviet Red Army. The majority of custom content has been distributed by various people. The text files have been edited so that they do not show anything related to the United States, they are translated to Soviet Army and such. There's also Finnish subtitles in the pack.

New weapons, new player models, a whole new experience!!!

Changes from version 1.4 -New background -Degtyarev DP-27 replacing .30 Cal -Improved in-game texts

The Soviet Addon 1.5 includes the following:

-Soviet Red Army player models replacing the U.S soldiers. -Soviet capture flags and player icons, and also swastika icons for the Germans. -New menu/victory musics -New Russian yells to the Voice Menu -Soviet guns replacing all the U.S W_ models for guns. -Tokarev SVT-40 replacing M1 Garand -Tokarev TT replacing Colt M1911 -PPSh-40 replacing Thompson -Mosin Nagant replacing Springfield -Degtyarev DP-27 replacing .30 Cal -New background menu -Soviet posters on the maps -AND MUCH MUCH MORE!

I apologize if the original creators of some of the content in this pack don't like this being in FPSBanana. The "Soviet Soldiers Pack" was from summer 2007, and the creators now unreachable. They are credited as they should, though.

Dod:s Fallschirmjger skins

This is a mod to replace the German player models with Fallschirmjger troops, using modified versions of the official dod:s models.

ABOUT THIS FILE:  ** There are model bugs. The support player has the wrong magazines. There is a small mis-matched patch of skin on the rocket player. These are too small of bugs to warrant a recompile of the entire models, from what Surgeon told me it was hard enough to compile them as it was! Deal with it.

** Yes the Fallschirmjagers used blue scarfs with white polka-dots. No I don't know why.

** Yes it is %100 percent realistic that you would have seen this variation in uniform in not only a unit, but even a squad. Yes it is %100 accurate that they used the M42 helmets. If you want to argue with me, I've got 50+ authentic WW2 pictures to prove you wrong.

** Jump smocks came in 3 variations I'm aware of: green, splittarn and sumptarn. All are represented here. And yes I'm aware it's supposed to be "splittarn B", not "splittarn A".
